Our 50-minute Indoor Cycling class is a complete immersion into a high-intensity environment of energy and exercise. Our workouts are perfectly tailored to cutting edge playlists, and designed to be a retreat from everyday life. Each ride, physically and mentally stimulating, will challenge you to new heights.

Yoga Classes & HIIT Workout Classes
Please note! Our Monday and Thursday Yoga Sculpt classes and our Tuesday HIIT Workout class are held indoors at Sacred Roots, just three short blocks from Cyclehaus on Broadway at 2841 E. Broadway Ave. Long Beach, CA 90803!
Sacred Roots offers massage, wellness events and workshops. They have a beautiful large room where we hold our Monday, Tuesday & Thursday mat classes. If you attend these classes, bring your own yoga mat, water and gym towel. Sports bottles, towels and mats will NOT be provided at Sacred Roots. Please also keep your voice low when in Sacred Roots, since massage sessions will be going on while we have our classes there. If you have the time, we encourage you to park at Cyclehaus and walk to Sacred Roots. Sacred Roots only has street parking. There is NO on-site parking at Sacred Roots.
The Yoga classes focus on strength, balance and flexibility of the whole body. Boosting your metabolism and building lean muscle mass as we flow through yoga poses using lightweights, yoga balls, blocks, and straps. We will also be working on healthy body alignments and breath awareness.

HIIT Workout Classes
Conducted on a mat, utilizing free weights and your own body weight for resistance, combining bursts of cardio and focus on specific muscle engagement, this amazing strength training class is designed to fully tone your body, burn fat and calories as well as help you gain endurance with different workouts each week. Dive right in! ALL Fitness levels welcome! Wear sneakers.
Half N’ Half classes
Our Half Cycle/Half Pilates classes start on the bikes and then move to the deck to finish this total body workout. Get ready to burn calories, tone muscles, and strengthen your core!
These half n half classes can always be indoors if it is raining, too cold, too wet, or too hot outside. Since there is never a Cycle class going on at the same time as these half n half classes, we are able to have the Pilates portion inside if we need to. The deck is covered by sails but the rays from the sun sometimes come through the sails, so make sure to bring sunscreen and sunglasses!
Pilates is a method of exercises and physical movements designed to stretch, strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. It was developed by physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates in the 1920’s, as a way to help injured athletes and dancers safely return to exercise and maintain their fitness. Since then, Pilates has been adapted to suit people of all ages and fitness levels.
The Pilates portion of the class is conducted on a mat, utilizing free weights and your own body weight for resistance. This 25-minute portion of the class focuses on abdominals, arms, back, legs and glutes, providing you a total body workout. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. Whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen the core, tone the arms, hips, and thighs, and flatten the abs.
