Kayla has always loved working out and being active, something that has become an essential part of her everyday life. She started her fitness career teaching cardio dance in college and quickly developed a deeper love for spin classes. Combining these two loves; Kayla enjoys integrating a little dance on the bike by riding to the beat of the music while incorporating strength training on hills and HIIT training with sprints. Her goal is to keep your mind and body engaged, ultimately maximizing your heart rate and refreshing your spirit.

Kayla gives a motivational, sweat-dripping workout that challenges you to push beyond your comfort zone, setting the tone for the rest of your day; to push through obstacles, inspire others around you, and to be enthusiastic and present throughout your entire day.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Kayla moved to California after graduating from NC State to pursue a career in Operations Engineering. She has lived in Rancho Cucamonga, Portland and now Long Beach, working as an engineer. When she is not at work or on the bike, you can find her on the beach playing doubles volleyball, traveling, paddle boarding, or skiing. She also welcomes any hiking recommendations in the area—Mt. Baldy is her favorite so far!
