Indoor Cycling is a complete immersion into a high-intensity environment of energy and exercise. Often referred to as a spin class, these workouts are choreographed to cutting edge music playlists. The element of music makes the indoor cycling experience a retreat from everyday life and therefore a completely different experience from outdoor cycling.
Our instructors guide you along a 50-minute class that challenges you, beginning with a warmup through to a hearty climax, followed by a warm down. You ride aboard our state-of-the-art Keiser M3 stationary bikes with silent magnetic resistance flywheels and complete adjustability. Each ride is physically and mentally stimulating, and pushes you to new heights of fitness. Finally, classes are followed up by gentle stretching exercises to sooth your legs.
