Yoga and Pilates classes at Cyclehaus focus on strength, balance and flexibility of the whole body. They boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow through poses using light weights, yoga balls, blocks, and straps. You will also be working on healthy body alignment and breath awareness when you take our classes. We provide the accessories in our studio but if you want to practice Yoga or Pilates at home here are some accessories that we recommend.
